This notice explains how information submitted through the OneQuant project brief is handled. It is a pre-launch draft and must be completed with the operating legal entity, service-provider and retention details before production publication.

Information we receive

The brief asks for your name, company, work email, project type, expected timeline, project summary and whether an NDA is required. Do not send credentials, personal financial information or confidential documents.

Why we use it

We use this information only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, arrange appropriate follow-up and protect the form from misuse.

Processing and sharing

Information may be processed by infrastructure and email-delivery providers needed to receive and answer the enquiry. The final provider list, processing locations and any international transfer safeguards are pending owner and legal review.

Retention

Enquiry retention periods and deletion procedures are pending owner and legal approval. Information will not be retained longer than required for the stated purpose and applicable obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable by emailing hello@onequant.xyz. Analytics, when configured, receives only a fixed event name and no form content, URL, cookies or identifiers; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable collection.
